First time connecting on a computer?

Plug Altura into your computer using its original USB cable.
Open Altura Control in Chrome or Edge, then choose Connect Altura.
Select the Silicon Labs CP210x device when prompted.

If your device is missing, open Set up Altura on this computer in the controller for driver instructions. If a firmware update is required, follow the controller’s update prompt.

Using the mobile app?

The iOS and Android apps are undergoing a revamp. Downloads are temporarily unavailable. For now, use Altura Control on a Windows computer with Chrome or Edge.
